    This all depends on your comfort level. I recommend being open to trying different methods to see which would work best for you.

    There extensions are tight for up to 24h after the insalltion and there may be discoumfort as its being installed. Hair can be installed more tightly or loose so speak up and let your stylist know what is comfortable for you.
