Late Policy

  • Clients are asked to call if running late
  • We’ll call if we're delayed.
  • A 15-minute grace period applies, with fees and possible rescheduling for arrivals over 30 minutes late.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to address your concerns.
  • Please note, refunds are not offered on services once they are rendered.
  • Free adjustments are available for extension installations, within the first 2 weeks. Allowing for alterations, and adjustments within reasonable consideration.
  • If a client goes against our professional advice, we are not liable to any problems associated. An example would be installing poor quality hair or adding too much hair in the extensions.

Pricing Policy

  • The booking page pricing is the average cost of the service, for special services we cannot guarantee the price of services over the phone unless further communication is done over text or through a consultation.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. Please note that we do not accept american express.
  • Prices are subject to change based on service customization or complexity.
  • For extensions, hair is not included in the price of the service.
  • Gratuity is appreciated and at your discretion.

Atmosphere considerations

  • We are committed to providing a peaceful and welcoming environment. Please help us by maintaining a respectful tone and adhering to salon guidelines.
  • We ask that you do not listen to music or videos out loud without head phones.
  • Children and guests can wait during appointments, but please be mindful that we have limited space in our waiting ares for extended appointments, so please consider visiting a nearby restaurant to wait.

Welcome to Radiance Beauty Inc! To ensure an exceptional experience for all our clients, please review and follow our booking policies:

  1. Booking Appointments

    • All appointments must be booked online or by calling our salon. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for your service.

    • Walk-ins are allowed if we have time but scheduled appointments will be prioritized.

  2. Pricing

    1. The booking page pricing is the average cost of the service, for special services we cannot guarantee the price of services over the phone unless further communication is done over text or through a consultation.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations impact our stylists and other clients. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

  5. Appointment Confirmations

    • We will send reminders via text or email. Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your spot.

  6. Service Adjustments

    • If you wish to add services, please let us know in advance. We aim to accommodate but may not be able to add extra services without prior notice.

  7. Respectful Atmosphere
